Call-Out Charges and Labour Rates
The call-out fee, labour and any parts are charged separately. The call-out fee is not the total job price. The following rates apply seven days a week.
Call-out fees
08:00–20:00: £50.
20:00–08:00: £150.
Labour, parts and VAT
Labour is £30–£75 per hour, depending on the job, with a one-hour minimum. Parts are charged separately. No VAT is charged. Contact Stride Lock & Key with your postcode and job details to discuss the applicable charges before booking.
Blue Light Card and Defence Discount Card
Holders of either card receive 10% off labour only. Call-out fees and parts are excluded from the discount. Please mention your card when arranging the job.
