Locksmith Services: Call-Out and Labour Charges
Our charges separate the call-out fee, labour and any parts required. The call-out fee is not the total job price. These rates apply seven days a week.
Call-out charges
08:00–20:00: £50 call-out charge.
20:00–08:00: £150 call-out charge.
Labour and parts
Labour is charged separately at £30–£75 per hour, depending on the job, with a one-hour minimum. Parts are charged separately. No VAT is charged. We explain the applicable charges before you agree to the work.
10% off labour for eligible card holders
Blue Light Card and Defence Discount Card holders receive 10% off labour. The discount applies to labour only; call-out charges and parts are excluded. Please mention your card when booking.
